Exinity is a global fintech innovator with the mission to empower a new generation of ambitious individuals to take control of their financial futures.

One of their ventures, Pulse, lets players predict whether the price of assets - from currency pairs to commodities and stocks - will rise or fall in the next ten seconds. Correct predictions earn points, climb a leaderboard and unlock prizes, creating a fun, risk-free environment where novices can experience real market ups and downs.

To launch Pulse at scale, Exinity needed a reliable backend that could onboard thousands of players securely and handle real-time transactions across different countries and currencies. The platform had to meet strict regulatory requirements, protect player data, and be delivered quickly to support the game's rollout.

Octoco was brought in to design and implement this enterprise-grade infrastructure, and was tasked with developing three interconnected platforms to power Pulse:

• Build an enterprise-grade member management system with seamless onboarding
• Create a comprehensive risk management system with real-time monitoring and automated controls
• Develop a secure payment infrastructure supporting multiple PSPs across regions
• Provide administrative tools for platform oversight and player management
• Ensure scalability for global expansion with various currencies and regulatory requirements
• Deliver complete documentation and training materials

Octoco worked closely with Exinity stakeholders to map user journeys, security requirements, and regulatory constraints before building and refining the platform through iterative agile sprints with continuous feedback.

Octoco led the rapid design and development of a custom member management system tailored to Pulse's needs. Key capabilities included:

• User Registration & Wallet Management: Supporting deposits, winnings and withdrawals through multiple PSP integrations, including Coinsbuy, TC Pay and Precium/Revio, to accommodate different regional regulations and currencies.
• Admin Console: Allowing Exinity's internal team to view player data, track transactions, generate reports and proactively block suspicious activity.
• Risk Management & Security: Robust authentication, automated decision orchestration and real-time monitoring to keep both player data and financial transactions safe.
• Data Insights: Integration with Google BigQuery for secure data warehousing and analytics.

The development process included comprehensive security testing, load testing, and user acceptance validation to ensure the system could handle real financial transactions at scale. All deliverables included complete technical and API documentation, user guides, training materials, and admin dashboards, with ongoing maintenance and technical support provided during the critical early adoption phase.

Delivering this required the capability to design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure that meets strict regulatory requirements across different countries and currencies. This spanned secure payment infrastructure with multiple PSP integrations across regions, robust authentication and risk management, and secure data warehousing - all delivered at speed to support the game's rollout.
